About The Founder
Charise Naifeh, Esq.
I initiated my journey in the legal profession with a top global law firm in Washington D.C., dedicating more than ten years to cultivating the dedication to superior quality and client care that characterizes our service to clients at My Trademark Counsel.

In 2018, I founded Happy Law Mom, a pioneering coaching practice for attorney parents. My entrepreneurial journey highlighted for me the challenges faced by small businesses in protecting their brands and content, sparking my passion for Trademark and Copyright law.

I began to work closely with Trademark mentors (including my father, a seasoned Patent and Trademark lawyer), and joined the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Enthusiastic about helping other creative entrepreneurs, I founded My Trademark
Counsel and assembled a team of former Big Law firm attorneys who believe that high-quality service should be accessible to small businesses.
